Inventory and Parts Management

View van and warehouse inventory in real-time from the mobile and order parts while in the field. NextService enables full visibility of inventory location, what has been invoiced to customers and the employee responsible. Field staff are also able to assign parts or goods to each other in the field.

Signature and Photo Capture

Customer signature capture upon job completion to ensure job confirmation by the customer and no billing delays. Field staff are able to take photos on site and upload the photos to the job record for verification and quality assurance.
